In consultation with RME Dealerships, the Warranty Advisor will maximize vendor warranty reimbursement within using established guidelines. The Warranty Advisor will manage compliance of all warranty submittals.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word required
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to relate well with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of CDK (PFW) Business System preferred
  • Working knowledge of CNH Business System (CCN, Dealer Portal, Web-U) preferred
  • Working knowledge of SysAid preferred
  • Technical working knowledge of Agricultural and Construction equipment preferred
  • Understanding of the Agricultural Service and Parts Departments within RME

Responsibilities

  • Understanding all Warranty Processes for all RME Supported Vendors
  • Processing Warranty Claims for all RME Supported Vendors
  • Appealing rejected or partially paid claims
  • Meeting Monthly and Yearly Deadlines for Claim Submission
  • Assist in general warranty status/questions on units
  • Participate in training required for position
  • Attend required meetings
  • Monitoring and requesting of updates to all RME Warranty Advisor Tools
