We are a growing company and are looking for talented, experienced extended warranty and general accounting clerk to join our team! Warranty Administrator MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION: Process extended warranty and insurance products new business contracts Process the aftermarket products and monthly reconciliation worksheet. Maintains the schedules related to extended warranty/insurance, sublet, and credit cards. Compiles with federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information Back up Billing Clerk when needed File and scan all relative docments Other duties that may be assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Prior automotive dealership experience a plus Must be detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines Competent with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system Working knowledge of Word and Excel Organize reports and reconciliations REQUIREMENTS: Must be eligible to work in the US Must pass drug test and extensive criminal background screening Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard Scheduel: Monday through Friday weekends off BENEFITS: Competitive Salary Medical/Dental/Vision/Life 401K with company match Vacation/PTO Employee discounts Drug Free work environment EOE
