About The Position
Seeking a detail‑oriented HVAC Warranty Administrator to manage and process warranty claims at the distributor level. This role reviews claim documentation, submits claims to manufacturers, tracks credit, and supports contractors with warranty questions. Ideal for someone organized, customer‑focused, and comfortable working with technical product information.
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC, distribution, or technical admin work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to interpret model/serial numbers and technical info
- Proficiency with office and ERP systems
Responsibilities
- Review, enter, and submit HVAC warranty claims to manufacturers
- Verify serial numbers, product registration, and required documentation
- Communicate claim status and outcomes to contractors and internal teams
- Work directly with dealers/contractors on warranty and registration issues
- Maintain accurate records and stay current on manufacturer warranty policies
