The Warranty Administrator has the responsibility for the prompt and accurate submission of manufacturer and after-market warranty claims and the resulting collection of all warranty claim revenue. This role involves adhering to all manufacturers and after-market warranty company’s policies and procedures, establishing and maintaining productive relationships with warranty representatives, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of warranty repair orders. The goal is to maintain a high claims acceptance rate and minimize warranty receivables.
