About The Position

Crain Hyundai of North Little Rock is seeking a detail-oriented and self-managed Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining timely communication with manufacturers and service departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a sedentary office environment.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a sedentary role for extended periods.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of warranty transactions and communications.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues.
  • Review warranty policies and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Track warranty claim status and follow up as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support effective workflow.
