About The Position
All Star Hyundai/Genesis of Baton Rouge, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and customer-driven Warranty Administrator to join their growing team. Hudson Automotive is a large and rapidly expanding automotive dealer group in the Southeast U.S., committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. This role is for a self-motivated Warranty Administrator who enjoys being part of a growing team.

- Experience processing factory warranty claims, reconciling payments, and ensuring that claims are paid properly by the manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all service and customer records as required by the dealer and manufacturer.
- Ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer.
- Process factory warranty claims.
- Reconcile payments.
- Ensure that claims are paid properly by the manufacturer.
- Process data to ensure accuracy of records and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between service technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers.
