Warranty Administrator

MOC Products Group LLC Powhatan, VA, US, VA
$50,000 - $60,000

About The Position

For more than 50 years, MOC Products Group has manufactured and supplied automotive chemicals, reconditioning products, service-drive maintenance solutions, shop supplies, and specialized equipment for the automotive industry. What began as a single facility has grown into a national organization, supporting thousands of dealerships, service centers, and automotive professionals across the country through a nationwide network of regional teams and distribution partners. We combine in-house manufacturing, R&D, training, and technology to help our customers run more efficient, more profitable service departments — and we're just as invested in the growth of our own team members as we are in our customers' success. The Warranty Claims Specialist is the front line of MOC's warranty program, owning claims from submission through resolution while acting as a trusted point of contact for dealership partners nationwide.
