About The Position

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing warranty repair orders, submitting claims to manufacturers and service contract providers, and maintaining accurate records. This full-time, onsite position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively within a dealership environment.

Requirements

  • CDK and Auto Dealer experience is required!!
  • Possess strong communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work well with others and be part of a team.
  • Computer proficient

Responsibilities

  • Book warranty repair orders.
  • Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up.
  • Service contracts claim submission and follow up.
  • Maintain receivables schedules.
  • Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors.
  • Investigate overdue, unsettled and short-paid claims.
  • Maintain warranty database and records.
