Requirements

• Skills in Warranty Administration
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer Literacy skills, including proficiency with dealership management software, warranty portals, and basic office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in automotive service, warranty processing, or dealership administration is preferred but not strictly required
• Additional training or coursework in automotive service or business administration is a plus

Responsibilities

• Processing claims
• Reviewing repair orders
• Understanding manufacturer guidelines
• Supporting positive interactions with guests and internal teams
• Working with service staff, management, and external partners
