Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably handling service or warranty-related inquiries
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience managing high-volume multi-line phone interactions
  • Ability to handle a large volume of emails efficiently and professionally
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs and data entry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to track and resolve customer inquiries effectively

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to thoroughly discuss the details of their warranty claims, set clear expectations, and provide updates throughout the process.
  • Accurately prepare and process all warranty documentation in compliance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring all required information is complete and correct.
  • Submit warranty claims promptly and efficiently, utilizing best practices to minimize delays and expedite processing.
  • Proactively follow up with manufacturers to monitor the status of claims, addressing any issues that arise to ensure smooth processing.
  • Review any denied claims, make necessary adjustments, and resubmit them, persistently following up to secure payment for warranty work.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all ordered warranty parts, organize vendor paperwork, and ensure all documentation is easily accessible and up-to-date for auditing and reference purposes.
