As a Warranty Administrator, you'll play an important role in keeping our service department running smoothly by processing warranty claims, invoicing repair orders, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.

Previous automotive dealership or warranty experience

Responsibilities

Prepare, submit, and track manufacturer warranty claims.
Review repair orders for accuracy and required documentation.
Ensure warranty claims meet manufacturer guidelines and requirements.
Follow up on rejected, returned, or unpaid warranty claims.
Invoice repair orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist with cashiering and other service office responsibilities.
Maintain organized and accurate warranty records.
Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and management to resolve warranty questions or missing information.
Assist customers in person and over the phone as needed.
Provide additional administrative support to the Service Department.
