About The Position

Apple Autos is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Warranty Administrator / Service Administrator to support their Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service team. This role is critical for ensuring warranty accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency, with a specific focus on Stellantis (CDJR) warranty processing. Requirements

  • Previous automotive warranty administrator experience, preferably with Stellantis/CDJR brands.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (Reynolds experience preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Book, process, and submit Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
  • Review repair orders for accuracy, proper coding, labor times, documentation, and compliance.
  • Track, reconcile, and follow up on all pending warranty claims to ensure timely payment.
  • Research and resubmit rejected claims; manage chargebacks and warranty receivables.
  • Maintain accurate warranty records including approvals, rejections, payments, and audit documentation.
  • Stay current with Stellantis warranty policies, recalls, bulletins, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure complete and accurate repair documentation.
  • Provide warranty guidance and support to the service department.
  • Monitor warranty metrics and report trends or concerns to management.
