About The Position

Kearney is currently seeking a Wargame Facilitator local to the Alexandira,Va region to support synchronized event execution by managing scenario timelines, injects, and operational documentation. The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $140,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable). Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 4 years in operational environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must have an active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

Responsibilities

• Executing exercise injects according to plan
• Managing logs, communications records, and control timelines
• Coordinating across planning, evaluation, and technical teams
• Supporting adjudication and AAR processes
• Ensuring event realism and synchronization
