About The Position

The Facilitator plays a crucial role in guiding groups through structured learning, decision-making, and problem-solving processes. This role is essential in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where all participants feel engaged and motivated to achieve desired outcomes. The Facilitator manages group dynamics, encourages active participation, and uses industry-standard techniques to meet objectives. This role also emphasizes internal stakeholder management and the production of localized content, delivered in a timely manner, to support continuous learning and development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering presentations and leading group facilitation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in facilitation or training roles
  • Will require obtaining insurance license.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with principles of adult learning and knowledge transfer.
  • Experience managing group dynamics and using virtual training tools effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead structured training programs, workshops, and problem-solving sessions to achieve specific learning or organizational goals.
  • Use a variety of facilitation techniques to engage all participants, ensuring equal opportunities for contribution and promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Monitor and address group interactions, including conflict resolution and mediation, to maintain a productive and positive environment.
  • Promote open discussions that allow for the exploration of diverse ideas, constructive dialogue, and problem-solving.
  • Leverage digital platforms, interactive activities, and brainstorming methods to enhance participant engagement and learning effectiveness.
  • Offer tailored, actionable feedback to participants, fostering continuous improvement and deeper understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand learning needs, align content with business goals, and ensure effective communication.
  • Create and deliver localized and relevant content, utilizing a just-in-time approach to meet the evolving needs of the organization and enhance skill development.
