About The Position

Receive, identify, store, distribute, inventory, pick, pack, and ship materials, supplies, components and equipment in the most efficient manner. This role involves assisting in shipping or receiving, reading documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped, and moving items to appropriate areas. The position also requires recording material movements into a computer database, assisting in physical inventories and cycle counts, and maintaining inventory records. A key aspect of the role is maintaining the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner, complying with all company and HSE policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area with safe work habits. The Warehouser will also perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Ability to work overtime as required & work an on-call rotating schedule.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend/stoop, push/pull and repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Shipping or Receiving when needed.
• Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped.
• Move items to appropriate areas.
• Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database.
• Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean & organized work area, utilize safe work habits.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
