Requirements
- A valid driver's license that allows an applicant/employee to legally operate a motor vehicle in Nevada.
- Current driving history (dated within six [6] months from the date printed) issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
- Safe driving record.
- CCSD-issued forklift qualification card (must be obtained within five months of hire if not possessed at time of application).
- Specific documented evidence of training and experience to satisfy qualifications.
- Completion of the entire three (3) year work history in the “Experience and Credentials” section of the application, including periods of unemployment, schooling and volunteer work.
