About The Position

This role is responsible for completing shipments by processing and loading orders, preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area. The Warehouser will also enforce inventory control through cycle counts, provide quality service according to organization standards, and maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat. Additionally, the role involves promoting a clean shipping supply area, completing reports, utilizing safe work habits, performing other work-related tasks as assigned, and complying with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background, drug screen, and physical test
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required
• Forklift certification within 90 days of job entry date
• Computer proficiency required - data entry skills
• Inventory control & equipment maintenance
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Positive attitude, decision making, interpersonal skills, conflict management and coaching skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred
