About The Position

This role is responsible for completing shipments by processing and loading orders, preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area. The Warehouser will also enforce inventory control by performing cycle counts as needed, provide quality service by following organization standards, and preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Additionally, they will promote a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, complete reports by entering required information, and utilize safe work habits. The position may also involve other work-related tasks as assigned and requires compliance with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background, drug screen, and physical test
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred
• Computer proficiency required - data entry skills
• Inventory control & equipment maintenance
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Positive attitude, decision making, interpersonal skills, conflict management and coaching skills
• Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes
• Standing, walking, bending/stooping, push/pull, and repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly
