About The Position

The Warehouseperson receives and stores product in the warehouse and pulls product using Apprise wireless RF modules. The role also supports receiving, inventory, production orders, and general warehouse and dock upkeep.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and/or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, shipping documents, and memos; recognize similarities and differences between words and number series; and speak and understand simple sentences.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to simple instructions and deal with standardized situations involving only occasional or limited variables.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift.
• Warehouse product.
• Unload containers.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Receive and log incoming product.
• Perform bin validation checks.
• Clean the warehouse and receiving dock.
• Pull orders and work orders for production.
• Participate in yearly inventory.
