About The Position
Imperial is hiring Warehouse Team Members in Joplin, Missouri. The role supports route and delivery operations by preparing products for trucks, checking deliveries, receiving and organizing stock, rotating products, and maintaining clean warehouse and outdoor areas. The work takes place in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and involves physical activities including lifting, overhead reaching, stooping, bending, using stairs, standing, and walking. Regular, punctual attendance is expected. The posting lists full-time/part-time positions and an hourly salary range beginning at $16.00. Full-time benefits are available.

Responsibilities
- Pull loads and products for route trucks and lift and load products on and off trucks.
- Check deliveries against paperwork.
- Receive and put away stock, and rotate products.
- Maintain clean facilities by emptying trash, sweeping, and straightening the parking lot, warehouse, and dock.
- Attend work regularly and punctually.
- Work closely with route drivers, managers, and delivery drivers.
