About The Position

Imperial is seeking full-time Warehouse Team Members in Joplin. The role supports route operations by preparing and loading products, checking deliveries, receiving and storing stock, rotating products, and maintaining clean facilities. The warehouse is not climate controlled. Benefits are available.

Requirements

Adaptable, cooperative, responsible, and diligent.
Attention to detail.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of lifting, reaching overhead, stooping, bending, using stairs, standing, and walking.
Regular and on-time attendance.

Responsibilities

Pull loads and products for route trucks.
Lift and load products on and off trucks.
Check deliveries and compare them with paperwork.
Receive and put away stock, rotating products.
Keep facilities clean by emptying trash, sweeping, and straightening the parking lot, warehouse, and dock.
Maintain regular, on-time attendance.
Work closely with route drivers, managers, and delivery drivers.
