About The Position

The Warehouse Yard Driver, also identified as Warehouse Yard Hostler, moves trailers at the customer facility and shuttles tankers, hoppers, and containers. The role coordinates trailer-move priorities with the Inbound and Outbound Leads, documents and performs moves for both inbound and outbound operations, and transports trailers to keep refrigerated units fueled. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The duties are described as essential functions. Employees must be able to perform them with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training.
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
