About The Position

As the Warehouse Wrapper/Runner, you will prepare, secure, and transport products within the distribution center to support efficient shipping and storage operations. The role focuses on wrapping pallets, moving materials, assisting pickers and packers, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. You will collaborate with warehouse associates, forklift operators, and shipping teams to support timely and accurate order fulfillment. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Compensation is $20.11. The working environment may have varying temperatures depending on the assigned area.

Requirements

Preferred: One year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role.
Preferred: Familiarity with pallet wrapping, material handling, and shipping procedures.
Preferred: Proficiency in written and verbal English to communicate effectively with associates and leadership.
Maintain and promote safety policies and accountability for safe practices throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, if required.
Ability to operate required facility equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the workday, and walk on flooring such as carpet, concrete, and tile.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to give and receive constructive feedback and clearly communicate expectations and directions.
Ability to contribute to a team-based environment, including coaching, facilitation, presentation, team-building, and inclusive decision-making skills.
Results-driven approach to KPIs and metrics; willingness to participate in continuous-improvement projects and manage multiple deadline-based projects.
Maintain integrity and high standards of product handling.

Responsibilities

Wrap and secure palletized shipments using shrink wrap, stretch film, and other protective materials.
Ensure pallets are stable, correctly labeled, and meet shipping standards.
Assist with applying barcodes, shipping labels, and packaging materials.
Transport materials, pallets, and supplies between warehouse zones.
Assist pickers, packers, and forklift operators by delivering products or empty pallets as needed.
Replenish workstations with shrink wrap, tape, labels, and other warehouse supplies.
Move completed orders to staging or loading areas for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, remove debris, and store materials properly.
Dispose of excess shrink wrap, cardboard, and packing materials according to company policies.
Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to help prevent workplace hazards.
Work with warehouse supervisors and shipping teams to support on-time order fulfillment.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and check for proper load balance.
Perform basic quality checks to ensure products are handled and packaged correctly.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
