About The Position

Operate pallet jack equipment to move pallets and product from one place to another while following regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. This role is scheduled for the 2PM shift, Wednesday through Saturday, working four 10-hour shifts, with a stated rate of $19.20 per hour depending on experience (DOE). Requirements

Basic math skills may be required, depending on the facility.
Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold-storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry-storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds/18 kilograms; the required weight may be higher depending on the facility.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Comfort working with various noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.

Responsibilities

Use pallet jack equipment to move pallets to scheduled shipping doors.
Move pallets from inbound dock doors to locations inside the warehouse for putaway.
Locate products requested in work orders.
Change over pallets for picking and visually inspect items for damage or flaws; document and report damage to a lead or supervisor.
Confirm pallets being hauled into the warehouse or dock doors are wrapped to the top.
Wrap pallets using a wrap machine, depending on location.
Invert pallets using a pallet inverter, depending on location.
Work with other machinery and material-handling equipment as needed.
