About The Position

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – 3PL for its Eastvale, California distribution center. This active role supports daily third-party logistics distribution operations by preparing orders, processing inbound inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and moving products safely and accurately throughout a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; required overtime may occur before or after the scheduled shift. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. A $1,000 retention bonus is paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment. Equipment training and safety support are provided, with opportunities for additional hours, development, and internal growth.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Have strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
Be able to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work.
Be available to work required overtime before or after the scheduled shift.

Nice To Haves

Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for shipment.
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training is provided as needed.
Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy.
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs.
