About The Position

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – 3PL for our Ocoee, FL distribution center. This active role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, safety, and consistent results in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily 3PL distribution operations by preparing orders, processing inbound inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and moving products safely and accurately throughout the facility.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
• Availability to work required overtime before or after the scheduled shift

Nice To Haves

• Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for shipment
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
• Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs
