About The Position

The Production Materials Quality Assurance (PMQA) Lab Technician performs safe, timely raw material sampling using established methods and Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs). The role supports the movement of materials into and out of the primary warehouse, including raw material sampling, lift truck operation, LIMS/SAP transactions, and reporting unusual observations or problems. Sampling takes place in a designated White Zone.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Average documentation and verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to work successfully with others.
• Ability to work in Blue Ash, Ohio.
• Willingness to work overtime to accommodate demands.
• Attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to the principles of Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.
• Proficiency with the English language.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of GMP laboratory or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Zero to one year of Material Handler or forklift operator experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Computer skills, particularly SAP.
• Familiarity with DEA, FDA, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow established methods and procedures for raw material sampling.
• Prepare paperwork, sample commodities, and prepare sampling rooms.
• Sample materials in the designated White Zone while following current good manufacturing practices.
• Use a lift truck to move product.
• Complete required LIMS/SAP transactions.
• Perform general housekeeping.
• Alert supervision to unusual observations or problems encountered.
