This is a part-time weekend warehouse position with opportunities for extra income, offering 8-hour shifts on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift with a starting pay of $20.00/hour to $22.50 plus shift differential. A daily pay option is also available. The role involves operating various Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including turret trucks and reach lifts, unloading deliveries, stocking materials, tracking inventory using handheld scanners or SAP, picking materials for production, moving inventory, completing safety checklists, loading trucks for customer orders, and supporting/mentoring new drivers. The work environment is a beauty & wellness manufacturing site, requiring adherence to safety, cleanliness, and GMP compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience operating PIT equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Comfortable to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable to work around motorized equipment all day
- Take pride in keeping things organized and moving smoothly
- Raymond Stand-up forklift experience
- SAP experience for Leads and Coordinators
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) turret trucks, and reach lifts
- Unload incoming deliveries
- Stock materials
- Track every move with handheld scanners or SAP
- Pick up materials and components for production runs
- Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care
- Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily and report any issues urgently
- Load leaving trucks to get customer orders out on time and in full
- Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed
- Keep things safe, clean, and GMP compliant
