About The Position

KDC/One is seeking a Technical Trainer – Material Control to train and develop Forklift Operators and Material Coordinators. This role ensures employees are properly trained on equipment, warehouse processes, safety standards, and SAP, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. The schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $23.75 - $28.00 per hour.

Requirements

Experience training or leading warehouse or Material Control employees.
Strong working knowledge of SAP.
Experience operating Raymond material handling equipment.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple training priorities.
High attention to detail.
Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels.

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of warehouse, Material Control, or distribution experience.
Previous experience as a trainer, lead, or supervisor.
Experience with WMS, RF scanners, or other warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

Train, coach, and certify Forklift Operators and Material Coordinators.
Lead new hire onboarding and hands-on equipment training.
Train employees on SAP transactions and Material Control processes.
Demonstrate safe operation of Raymond equipment, including Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, and Turret Truck.
Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and work instructions.
Track employee training records and certifications.
Partner with supervisors to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse.
