About The Position
Machine Operator – Now Hiring! 3rd Shift! Full-Time. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with machines, fixing things, or understanding how equipment operates. Previous experience operating equipment or working on mechanical projects is beneficial. At kdc/one, you will contribute to the production of well-known beauty and personal care products directly from the production line. We are seeking dependable, mechanically skilled team members who are committed to ensuring smooth and safe operations.
Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry and tracking
- Mechanically inclined—enjoy fixing, adjusting, or troubleshooting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
- Ability to follow work instructions and GMP standards
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable working around active machinery and wearing PPE
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or hands-on experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Keep equipment running smoothly with basic adjustments and troubleshooting
- Perform clean-outs, changeovers, and rinses between production runs
- Enter product details and complete basic records in our system (simple computer use)
- Work with maintenance on preventative tasks and equipment care
- Monitor batches for quality, correct labeling, and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support and train teammates; step in for the Line Lead when needed
