About The Position

The Warehouse Worker executes assigned warehouse duties accurately and efficiently to support corporate and customer objectives. The role may involve order picking and packing, shipping system operation, receiving incoming product, and operating warehouse equipment. The worker is expected to follow operational, quality, and safety procedures, maintain an orderly warehouse, and meet or exceed volume and quality standards.

Requirements

Knowledge of applicable warehouse operational and quality procedures.
Knowledge of safety procedures and safe operating practices.
Understanding of barcode technology, if assigned to use it.
Ability to operate RF equipment, automated picking equipment, power conveyors, and forklifts as assigned.

Responsibilities

Pick assigned orders rapidly, efficiently, and accurately.
Pack assigned orders rapidly, efficiently, and accurately.
Operate the shipping system rapidly, efficiently, and accurately, if assigned.
Receive incoming product, including loading, unloading, counting, verifying, putting away, and collecting data, as assigned.
Understand barcode technology and operate RF equipment as assigned.
Operate automated picking equipment, power conveyors, and forklifts as assigned.
Follow applicable warehouse operational and quality procedures.
Follow safety procedures and operate safely at all times.
Help maintain a neat and orderly warehouse.
Meet or exceed warehouse operational pick, pack, ship, and receive volume and quality standards.
Maintain a positive attitude and excellent time and attendance performance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
