Warehouse Worker (Flex Night Shift)

About The Position

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops supports inbound or outbound warehouse activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. Inbound work includes receiving products; outbound work includes shipping products. Warehouse Operations handles the receipt, storage, and shipment of products and supports the efficient flow of goods to internal and external customers. The position pays $21.06 per hour, including shift differential, and is not bonus eligible. The scheduled shift is Tuesday from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM. For the remainder of the week, employees may choose as many or as few hours as available shifts allow, up to 29 hours per week. Shift notifications, work news, and events are provided through the Shyft app.

Requirements

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights of 20–30 feet regularly.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience, preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload inbound trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to move pallets out of trucks.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow applicable regulations when storing refrigerated specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.
Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications; follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines; refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor.
