About The Position

AES Drilling Fluids is seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Worker/Mud Plant Operator in Clinton, OK. The primary responsibility is maintaining warehouse inventory through organized stocking and restocking. The role also supports mud plant operations by mixing and blending mud products and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

The position offers an hourly starting pay of $22.50, overtime, and year-end bonuses. Work takes place in an open-air warehouse and plant setting, with regular exposure to drilling fluids and oilfield chemicals. The job requires flexibility to work extended hours and varying shifts, including weekends and nights.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.
• Willingness to be on call during assigned nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse or plant operations.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Safely move materials using appropriate equipment, such as by hand or forklift.
• Blend AES drilling fluids to meet specific properties and weights.
• Perform mud checks to ensure product accuracy before dispatch.
• Load and unload materials from trucks.
• Shrink-wrap and secure materials for transport and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
• Deliver small loads or equipment to customer locations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
