About The Position

AES Drilling Fluids is seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Worker/Mud Plant Operator in Clinton, Oklahoma. The primary responsibility is maintaining warehouse inventory through organized stocking and restocking. The secondary responsibility is supporting mud plant operations by mixing and blending mud products and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

The role is based in an open-air warehouse and plant setting, with regular exposure to drilling fluids and oilfield chemicals. It requires flexibility to work extended hours and varying shifts, including weekends and nights, and to be on call during assigned nights and weekends. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with overtime and year-end bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.
• Willingness to be on call during assigned nights and weekends.
• Strong attention to safety and detail, and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse or plant operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Safely move materials by hand or using appropriate equipment, such as a forklift.
• Blend AES drilling fluids to meet specified properties and weights.
• Perform mud checks to ensure product accuracy before dispatch.
• Load and unload materials from trucks.
• Shrink-wrap and secure materials for transport and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
• Deliver small loads or equipment to customer locations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
