Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Physical stamina and basic math are essential for handling daily warehouse tasks like lifting, sorting, and verifying inventory.
  • Attention to detail ensures accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management, reducing errors and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and documenting stock movements.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
