About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at Gritton & Associates, you will handle incoming shipments, manage inventory storage, operate forklifts, and support daily warehouse operations. This role is suited to a reliable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to a collaborative team. Gritton & Associates supplies equipment for HVAC, plumbing, and industrial systems and operates across multiple states in the Mountain West.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of technology and machinery used to transport and store material goods.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service.
• Ability to perform lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock daily HVAC products and parts in their respective areas.
• Assist counter sales by pulling orders and loading them into vehicles.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Count stock and manage inventory.
