About The Position

Harrington Bottling Company, a family-owned Pepsi bottler, is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Loader to join our warehouse and distribution team in Butte, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term career in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, distribution, and supply chain operations. As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a key role in ensuring Pepsi products and other beverages are accurately picked, staged, loaded, and prepared for delivery throughout our service area. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and helps keep our delivery operation running efficiently. This hands-on warehouse position is responsible for loading delivery trucks, unloading incoming product shipments, organizing inventory, staging pallets, and preparing orders for distribution. The ideal candidate can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and attention to detail. Successful employees are reliable, hardworking, and committed to teamwork. Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving department, manufacturing facility, beverage distribution operation, or general labor environment is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals looking to build valuable skills in the warehouse and logistics industry.
