About The Position

DSV is seeking a Warehouse Transport Planner to join its Dublin warehouse team. The role focuses on safety, quality, and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively. The position is based at Unit 900 Ballycoolin, Dublin, and operates Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 23:00. The successful candidate will carry out warehouse activities in accordance with safety practices, standard operating procedures, customer requirements, and inventory-control processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Physical fitness for packing and loading responsibilities.
• A proven track record of consistently achieving targets and pick rates.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in PC use and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, including SAP.
• Dependability and reliability in fulfilling responsibilities.
• A good command of spoken, written, and read English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to good safety practices, prioritizing health and safety during all tasks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with internal customers to meet business requirements efficiently.
• Complete warehouse tasks efficiently while maintaining product, inventory, and process integrity in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain an output level consistent with other team members, measured in units per hour.
• Monitor inventory for errors and report them promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Keep informed about weekly cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure orders are received, picked, inspected, and delivered in line with customer requirements.
