About The Position

Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Team Member to support its ecommerce fulfillment operations. The role involves receiving, organizing, and shipping products to customers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Available schedules include Sunday–Wednesday day shift, Wednesday–Saturday day shift, or Sunday–Thursday night shift. The position pays $22 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and have a reliable attendance record.
• Be comfortable standing, bending, walking, and moving throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with a partner or mechanical aid.
• Have basic English proficiency to read order labels, complete digital pick lists, and follow safety protocols.
• Be flexible to work mandatory overtime or adjusted schedules during peak seasonal volumes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a forklift or other PIT equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select items, package orders to quality standards, and stage them for carrier pickup.
• Unload inbound freight, verify piece counts against packing slips, and stage stock for putaway.
• Transport inventory to assigned bin and rack locations using handheld RF scanners and standard material handling equipment.
• Participate in cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and comply with warehouse safety regulations.
