About The Position

Spreetail’s warehouse team supports the customer shopping experience by receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise. Team members help ensure packages meet quality standards and ship within the promised 2–3 days. The role includes packaging and shipping customer orders, receiving and counting incoming products, reallocating inventory to the correct locations, and conducting monthly inventory counts. The position pays $22 per hour. Employment is contingent on completing a professional background check, which typically reviews the last 7 to 10 years of criminal conviction history. Spreetail considers prior convictions individually and does not automatically disqualify applicants based on a conviction. The company welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds and does not require a college degree.

Requirements

• Be comfortable being on your feet throughout the workday.
• Be able to routinely lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the workday.
• Be flexible and open to extra hours.
• Speak fluent English.
• Successfully complete a professional background check as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship all customer orders.
• Receive, count, and inventory incoming products.
• Reallocate inventory to ensure proper distribution in the correct locations.
• Count inventory monthly for accuracy.
