About The Position

Spreetail is an ecommerce growth partner that helps brands grow their ecommerce market share while improving operational costs. The Warehouse Team Member supports daily fulfillment operations by receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products to customers. The role is based in an active, fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are emphasized. Available schedules include Sunday–Wednesday day shift, Wednesday–Saturday day shift, or Sunday–Thursday night shift.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a reliable track record of attendance.
• Be comfortable standing, bending, walking, and moving throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with a partner or mechanical aid.
• Have basic English proficiency to read order labels, complete digital pick lists, and follow facility safety protocols.
• Be flexible to work mandatory overtime or adjusted schedules during peak seasonal volumes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a forklift or other PIT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select items, package orders to quality standards, and stage them for carrier pickup.
• Unload inbound freight, verify piece counts against packing slips, and stage stock for putaway.
• Transport inventory safely to assigned bin or rack locations using handheld RF scanners and standard material handling equipment.
• Participate in cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and follow warehouse safety regulations.
