Warehouse Team Member, $21/hr
About The Position
Spreetail is seeking reliable, hardworking Warehouse Team Members to support warehouse operations. The warehouse team receives, stores, and ships products, helping ensure customer orders are processed promptly and accurately. Team members pack and ship orders to meet quality standards and a 2–3-day shipping timeline, receive and check incoming products into inventory, put inventory in its proper locations, and participate in monthly inventory counts. The role requires being on your feet and moving throughout the shift, regularly lifting up to 75 pounds, and being flexible to work extra hours when business needs require it. Candidates must communicate in English well enough to follow safety instructions and work with the team. Employment is contingent on a professional background check, which typically evaluates the prior 7 to 10 years of criminal conviction history; prior convictions are reviewed individually and do not automatically disqualify applicants. Responsibilities
- Pack and ship customer orders to quality standards and within 2–3 days.
- Unload, count, and check incoming products into inventory.
- Move inventory to the correct locations to support quick and accurate order fulfillment.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts.
