About The Position

Spreetail is seeking reliable, hardworking Warehouse Team Members to support warehouse operations. The team receives, stores, and ships products, helping ensure customer orders are processed quickly and accurately. The role pays $21 per hour and is on-site. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a professional background check. Spreetail considers conviction history individually and does not automatically disqualify applicants based on a prior conviction.

Requirements

• Be comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs throughout the workday.
• Be flexible to work extra hours when business needs require it.
• Communicate in English well enough to follow safety instructions and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship customer orders to meet quality standards and ship within 2–3 days.
• Unload incoming products, count them, and check them into inventory.
• Move inventory to the correct locations so orders can be filled quickly and accurately.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
