About The Position

Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Team Member to support warehouse operations that receive, store, and ship products. The role involves preparing customer orders for shipment, processing incoming inventory, organizing stock, and helping maintain inventory accuracy. Orders are expected to meet quality standards and ship within 2–3 days.

Requirements

• Be comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs throughout the workday.
• Be flexible to work extra hours when business needs require it.
• Communicate in English well enough to follow safety instructions and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship customer orders, ensuring packages meet quality standards and go out within 2–3 days.
• Unload incoming products, count them, and check them into inventory.
• Move inventory to the correct locations so orders can be filled quickly and accurately.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts.
