About The Position

Spreetail is hiring reliable, hardworking people for a 60-day seasonal role to help receive, store, and ship products to customers. This role is crucial for supporting the company's busiest season and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders. Spreetail is a fast-growing ecommerce company focused on increasing global market share and improving operational costs for brands.

Requirements

Availability to work the scheduled shift for the full 60-day season.
Comfort being on feet and moving throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly throughout the workday.
Flexibility to work extra hours during peak volume.
Ability to communicate in English sufficiently to follow safety instructions and work with the team.

Nice To Haves

College degrees are not required.
Non-linear career paths are welcomed.

Responsibilities

Pack and ship customer orders, ensuring quality standards and timely dispatch within 2-3 days.
Receive incoming products by unloading, counting, and checking them into inventory.
Move inventory to correct locations for quick and accurate order fulfillment.
Assist with inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
