About The Position

The Warehouse Team Member performs a variety of warehouse duties to ensure goods are shipped accurately and safely to and from customers. Duties may include forklift and crane operation, inventory control, receiving, shipping, product inspection, and production or processing tasks. The role follows approved procedures and safety precautions, maintains paperwork and work areas, and participates in team meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, repack, and place items.
• Use tools and visual aids to confirm quantities of freight received and shipped.
• Operate a forklift and/or crane for loading and unloading.
• Operate other machines for production or processing, such as a scan gun.
• Inspect products before shipping.
• Clean the work area according to 5S standards.
• Enter production data into basic spreadsheet systems.
• Follow approved procedures and precautions.
• Help provide a safe environment for all employees.
• Maintain paperwork for incoming and outgoing products.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
