About The Position

The Warehouse Team Member supports the efficient movement, storage, and organization of inventory within a warehouse facility while helping maintain a safe, clean, and productive environment. The role may include inventory management, operating warehouse equipment, recording inventory and shipment information in computer systems, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.

Requirements

• At least two years of related experience.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Ability to navigate the warehouse and reach items both high and low.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, crawl, and perform similar tasks.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and store inventory in designated areas, maintain organized aisles, and perform inventory counts as needed.
• Potentially operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Conduct routine safety checks and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Use computer systems to record inventory, track shipments, and manage order information throughout the workday.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
• Complete other responsibilities and assignments as required to achieve the position's goals and objectives.
