About The Position

The Warehouse Team Member on the Shipping team helps ensure store shipments are accurate, on time, and ready for delivery. The role involves selecting full-case products, staging pallets, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Team members also complete operational documentation, handle inventory carefully, report performance, accuracy, or safety obstacles, perform put module and staging tasks, and safely use motorized equipment.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• No licenses or certifications required.
• Ability to use motorized equipment such as generators, pressure washers, and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Select full-case products accurately to keep outbound pallets ready for shipment.
• Complete production logs, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, and other documentation carefully.
• Handle inventory carefully to maintain product condition and avoid damage while moving and staging items.
• Report obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to a supervisor or team lead.
• Perform put module and staging tasks accurately to ensure pallets are ready for shipping.
• Safely use motorized equipment such as forklifts, generators, and pressure washers.
