About The Position

Slakey has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Team Member on the swing shift at its branch in Elk Grove, California. The role supports warehouse operations and customer service by receiving and putting away shipments, picking and checking customer orders, preparing orders for delivery, and assisting other team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to frequently work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Regular, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Slakey customers and fellow team members.
• Receive product shipments, unload them, and put products away in warehouse bin locations.
• Pick customer orders, verify order accuracy, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Assist fellow team members as needed.
