About The Position

Do it Best Group and True Value are hiring Warehouse Team Members for their Harvard, Illinois Regional Distribution Center. The role may involve order filling, shipping, receiving, or operating high-reach equipment. Team members can develop skills across logistics and product fulfillment roles. The company provides training and certification to safely operate powered equipment, including forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for Ecomm, and the starting pay rate is $18.50. The workplace is drug-free and focuses on safety. Requirements

Repeatedly lift items weighing 40–45 pounds.
Occasionally lift items weighing up to 80–100 pounds.
Assist with team lifts.
Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop.
Perform work at floor level, waist level, or above the shoulders.
Perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, without creating a direct threat to personal or others’ safety.

Responsibilities
